24v Mercedes Big Rig XL Ride On Truck w/ Leather Seat & Rubber Tires - Red

Overall, the truck has been enough joy for everyone that is was worth the price. It has had 2 issues to date. A bearing went out (easy to replace), and BTGC sent some replacements, though it took forever, and I ended up purchasing some myself quicker. Also, the front square tubing that is the front axle snapped at the right tire. I did not see it happen - my kid my have slammed into something going full speed - but it seems very poor design. BTGC refused to replace the damaged part. I was able to weld it back together and it runs again. In the end, some issues, but I would still likely purchase another one in the future if the need arose.

Pre-ordered in October, received in November. The Good: Aesthetically this truck is very nice, red looks great, leather stitched seats look great, wheels are great, runs great and it is very powerful. My main concern was if this would work well in grass. It absolutely does, but primarily on high and somewhat on the mid speed. The battery seems to last much longer than what is detailed by the company so far but I have yet to run dead. Assembly is very easy, took me 15-20 minutes. My car had minor damage to the body but they offered me a rebate since they could not guarantee a replacement in less than 3 months. I fixed myself and was able to fix(weld) and hide(thanks Mickey) the cracking just fine. That being said, customer service with this has always been great. Some things that need to be improved are as follows: 1. This car is very powerful but when you are full speed and let off the gas the motors brake very hard and if unprepared each time it will surprise the heck out of your kid. My son actually wanted out the first time it happened. If they or you tap the remote to let it slow a bit before letting off the accelerator it will be fine. Otherwise way too much brake. 2. The remote is pretty cheap. I am looking into doing my own upgrade because I have a $30 RC car with a better remote. Specifically my complaints are the receiver or transmitter, maybe both are weak and if not in perfect line of sight it doesnt work. I cant turn around if the truck is 15ft from me without it losing connection. 3. The seatbelts are not great. They will work better for larger children but they are too far apart to remain on my kids shoulders and I have 3d printed a clasp to fix this. 4. The door opening mechanism is not ideal. Its a slider that resides in the inside of the cab in a pocket. Functionality is great but hard for kids to get a grasp on as it is hidden from view when outside the vehicle. Overall I would recommend this vehicle to others.

Product is good and we love the remote control feature, but other things have some flaws, the speed is fast like 6mph and the variation in speed is very minimal, Example it goes probably 5.5mph on low and 5.8 on Medium and 6mph on high. It does no seem to do good going up grassy hills as it pops the breaker fuse and you have to wait 30 seconds for it to reset.

these are totally awesome and the remote control works great.Really nice leather seats and seat-belts are the best i have seen. the real rubber tires add alot of traction and both my twin grandkids love them and so do the parents

We've had this about a week now and there's really nothing to complain about. The construction is rugged enough for what it is. instructions are clear (a little difficulty removing parts once snapped in - i failed to follow the directions). I plan to add a trailer either through a hook/eye screwed into the plastic or something attached to the undercarriage. either way, the construction looks like it'll handle it fine. The voltage display on the radio is nice. it's easy to see when the charge is starting to dwindle. Once it drops below 20VDC, it's about time to charge. charging over night worked fine. It's fairly speedy too for what it is, and strong. It moved forward with me and my child in it for a few seconds (230 lb total). The remote is very nice. functions as described, instant response, no issues. The park function is very nice, which disables the vehicle while active, to prevent the child from endangering themselves. I can't speak to the longevity, but I'm pleased with the purchase.

By far the best money we have spent for our 2 boys. This truck is Quick and built like a Tank!

The good: product is rugged, large, speedy. The parts are all great quality. There’s A handle at the back that lets you pick up the back end and maneuver the truck around a bit; good for packing up or getting your toddler out of a jam. Radio is awesome. Size is great. The Reason for knocking off a star: the seatbelts are a little awkward. They didn’t bother me to put them around the waist instead of over the shoulders, but for kids, they trip them up. Going over a very slight incline with two kids after just 10 min of use was too much and the battery began to give out. When one kid got out, I was able to zip around again. (Total weight <70 lbs). The instructions were riddled with spelling and grammatical errors and might as well just be pictures. Handling the truck (my husband and I moving upstairs Christmas morning), there isn’t clear spots to grab at the front and we ended up popping some of the plastic out. It was fixable, but the same thing happened two more times the next day. The doors don’t open very wide; the kids didn’t complain, but I did notice them trying to jam the doors open further than they would go. The car power and lights are separate but it’s not super clear which is which. East enough to figure out but we accidentally turned off the lights and not the power. Then someone bumped the remote and the car drove into a bbq grill and knocked it over wile it was lit. Overall: we love it, 3 year old daughter loves it, cousins love it. It’s a great product but a has few very minor drawbacks.

This things is enormous! Pretty easy to assemble (20mins). seems very well built and in my initial test runs the motors seem strong and responsive. stops quickly prettt easy to maneuver with the remote. kids are gonna love it - just need to find a big enough bow...

Pre-order wasn't bad. Shipping time was super fast. Assembly was straight forward and easy. Remote control distance isn't as far as I'd expect, but it'll do. It is very quick for such a truck.

Bought the Zetros because of the weight capacity, remote control ability, and two seats for both of our kids - birthday present for 42” tall 4 year old, little sister is 34” tall 1.5 year old. Both kids fit great. Remote control works great - takes a bit to get used to, but similar enough to The Orginal NES. Speed control is a little rough - there are two speed options, but within the speed options it’s either go or stop with not much for controlling in between. Low speed setting is about a normal walking speed on flat ground, a fast walk down hills and slow walk up hills. At the faster speed, it can get up to a jogging speed. Radio is awesome - with battery voltage indicator, FM tuner, and USB slot for MP3’s. Quality of materials is pretty good. Rubber wheels are not inflated and are harder than expected, but they do a really nice job. Oh! And the bed of the truck is about the right size for a large reusable grocery bag and a couple bottles of wine. Seat belts aren’t great, but that’s not too hard to figure out a solution for. All-in-all, I love it. It’s a great little truck for the price that I hope/expect to last until the big kid outgrows it.

We tried taking the cheap rout and bought a Zetros at Best Choice on Amazon, Ultimatly we had to return it because itwas garbage! So we tried our look again and bought the big toys green zetros and WOW its much better, its got the nice rubber tires soft seat and its faster too!!! Take my advice buy it here and you wont be disappointed !!

This is such a cool truck. It's so tough, durable, and fun that my child is the coolest kid on the block. Thank you BTGC for pointing me to this product.
